The GovCloud, Global, and Valeo production environments will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, August 17th, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM (PDT) for approximately 1 hour. This downtime is required to upgrade the database engine in these environments. During this time, the EASE platform will be unavailable for customers assigned to these environments.
