The EASE US Production platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, February 1, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM PST (16:00–17:00 UTC). During this window, production will be intentionally paused to support the 4.01 deployment, which includes database updates that require temporary table locks. This approach is intended to prevent any customer impact during the update process. The deployment will use a Blue/Green strategy and is expected to complete in less than one hour, but the full window is reserved out of an abundance of caution.
